This International Women’s Day we celebrate women - their strength, ambition, compassion, and the countless ways they shape our world.
Within our centre, we’re proud to showcase inspiring female leaders and creators. To mark International Women’s Day, we spoke with Charlotte, a creative leader grounded in authenticity, intuition and purpose, about the people who shaped her, the advice she carries forward, and the values that guide her work.
Charlotte reflects on the influences that shaped her journey:
“Without question, my mother. She is the strongest woman I know and taught me that strength and softness can coexist. You can lead with kindness while still standing firmly in your values.”
That balance continues to define both her leadership and creative approach. Becoming a mother herself has also profoundly influenced her perspective. Her daughter, Estelle, inspires her daily:
“Seeing the world through her eyes and witnessing the joy she finds in the smallest moments reminds me to stay present and create with heart. She has deepened my appreciation for beauty in simplicity, which influences both my life and my work.”
For young women entering the industry, Charlotte’s advice is clear:
“Trust your intuition. Your inner voice is often your greatest compass. In creative industries especially, it’s easy to be swayed by trends or outside opinions, but authenticity will always resonate most deeply.”
She also emphasises the importance of support and community:
“Surround yourself with people who genuinely lift you up and celebrate your growth. The right support network makes all the difference.”
Her philosophy brings it all together:
“Lead with kindness, but don’t shrink yourself. You can be warm and ambitious, intuitive and strategic. The two are not mutually exclusive. And always come back to purpose. When you’re clear on your ‘why,’ decisions become much simpler.”
This International Women’s Day, we celebrate Charlotte and the strength, leadership and stories of women everywhere that continue to inspire the next generation.
