Ted Baker's Autumn/Winter ‘22 collection is fit for the new world. The collection reflects on the uptake of artisanship and learning new skills, born out of spending more time in the less ordinary corners of everyday life.

In womenswear Pastels form the foundation of the collection. Injections of cornflower blue, sunshine yellow and forest green add personality reminiscent of warmer seasons.

Transitional outerwear pieces speak to the change in weather with options made for layering. Soft leathers explore new proportions in cropped and oversized shapes with the classic biker jacket featuring detachable sleeves. Trench coats are experimental in fabrication, from coated linens to satin finishes. An unexpected sheer pleated back adds subtle drama to the classic shape and elsewhere a collarless interpretation in feminine ottoman broderie is presented with an intricate removable lace collar.

The menswear collection features transitional outerwear takes the wardrobe seamlessly into Autumn. Heavyweight suede biker jackets are finished with black metal hardware creating an edge and a premium feel. Water-resistant fishtail parkas made from recycled parachutes offer a practical solution to April showers, and a reversible bomber in tonal blue check, boasts a contrast trim and is versatile for a buildable wardrobe.

For a more youthful take on tailoring, workwear is reimagined in colour-blocked utility shapes in bright cobalt blue and sand colourways. Exposed external binding adds interest to double-faced cotton jackets worn with matching trousers, a continuation of the co-ord trend. Elsewhere, seasonal yarn-dyed linens and ottoman cotton elevate double breasted blazers and shorts suits in relaxed fits.
