UNIQLO Emporium Melbourne Temporary Store Closure- 6th July to Late 2025

Uniqlo Emporium will temporarily close for renovation on Sunday 6th of July.

During the renovation period, customers are encouraged to visit other UNIQLO locations in Melbourne including the Chadstone Shopping centre store, which offers an extensive range of UNIQLO LifeWear items across two levels. Alternatively , customers can shop online at www.uniqlo.com/au for convenient home delivery or Click and Collect to an alternative store.

UNIQLO Australia appreciates the understanding and support of its valued customers during this period and looks forward to welcoming shoppers back to the newly renovated Emporium Melbourne store upon completing in late 2025.

When will UNIQLO Emporium open again?

We wont be able to confirm when the store will open again until later in the year, but stay tuned to our FAQ and Uniqlo and Emporium Melbourne Instagram.

I need to make a return of my purchase from UNIQLO Emporium, how can I get a refund?

As the Emporium Melbourne location will be closed, UNIQLO will accept any items for refund within the change of mind return policy at any other Melbourne store. Find more details about the UNIUQLO returns policy on the UNIQLO website to ensure your purchase meets the conditions.

How can I pick up my Click and Collect order?

In preparation for the store to temporarily close UNIQLO will stop accepting Click and Collect orders to the Emporium Melbourne store from Sunday 22nd June. Any orders remaining in store on 6th July at the time of closing will be refunded back to the original payment method and a new order will be required if you require the items.

I forgot/ don't have time to collect my alteration, how can I collect it?

The UNIQLO store team will try to reach out before the store closes to arrange a pick up, after the 6th of July please contact UNIQLO customer care team with your alteration receipt.

I have a concern with the quality of my product that i bought and UNIQLO Emporium, what do I do?

As part of the UNIQLO policy you are always welcome to visit any UNIQLO store for assistance with your quality concerns. Please bring you item and proof of purchase to your closes store.
