Christy Tania is one of Australia’s most creative and inspiring dessert chefs. She founded GLACÉ in 2017, from her desire to re-invent the way Australian’s eat dessert.
GLACÉ is an artisan dessert store where “everything lives in a yellow submarine.”
The menu features ten bespoke ice cream flavours and eight delicious cakes, along with hand crafted desserts including ice cream cakes and frozen push pops made from the highest quality ingredients. A selection of savoury options are also available.
The café offers guests both sit down and takeaway options. All take-away desserts are packaged in stylish GLACÉ branded boxes.
Originally from Indonesia, Christy has a pedigree culinary education earned in France and seven years of experience creating amazing desserts in Melbourne.
