CURRENT UPDATE – 28.07.20

Your safety is our priority – you must now wear a face mask or covering

In line with Government direction, you must now wear a mask or face covering during your visit to our centre.

Help our community stop the spread of COVID-19 by keeping a healthy distance from each other.

And remember, if you have any COVID-19 symptoms, please do not enter the centre

*Face masks and coverings are now compulsory for everyone over the age of 12 when you’re out in public.

*This excludes people who cannot wear a mask for a medical reason. You may be asked to provide documentation to support this to our team, or to bring that documentation along with you next time you visit us.

The safety and wellbeing of our customers, retailers, team and community continues to be our top priority. We’re taking extra precautions to ensure our centre is clean and hygienic every time you visit, including more frequent cleaning, encouraging healthy physical distancing and good hygiene.

We know the situation will continue to evolve and we can assure you we’re staying up to date with the latest government advice and are working hard to adapt and keep our customers, retailers, team and community informed.

Centre Update 08/07/2020

These are difficult times for our community and our priority is the health, safety and wellbeing of our customers, retailers, team members and the broader community.

Following advice from the Victorian Government and the return to stage three restrictions, Emporium Melbourne remains open for you to shop for essential and necessary products and services.

With stage three restrictions the following stores and services will temporarily close from 11.59pm 8 July for six weeks:

  • Beauty therapy, day spas, massage, nail bars, laser clinics, tanning and waxing salons
  • Kaya Health Club
  • Fortress Melbourne

Our cafes, cafe court and dining operators can again remain open with take-away and delivery services available. Unaffected stores and services remain open for your convenience, with physical distancing in place.

We continue to have stringent health and safety measures in place including increased sanitisation and cleaning of high touch areas and heat-mapping to help our team identify any busy zones in our centre.  We will continue to monitor and follow advice from the government to ensure we remain a safe place to visit.

You can find updates via our website or please check with individual stores as opening hours may vary.

We thank you for your continued support and understanding during this unprecedented time.

Stay safe and we will get through this together.
