Please note, tickets are very limited and if the session is showing sold out online then there are no tickets available.
Will there be tickets available for walk-ups on the day?
Tickets are very limited and walk ups will only be available on the day if there are no shows or last-minute cancellations.
The event is sold out online, but I am wondering if I can get an extra ticket for a friend / family member?
Unfortunately, if the session is sold out online then there are no tickets available.
I am over 18 but my guest is not, can they attend?
The event is strictly 18+ or over for all attendees.
Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can book?
Yes, there is a maximum of 2 tickets per booking.
What time should I arrive for my event?
Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your confirmed booing time and have a digital version of your ticket ready for check-in. Please be advised we may not be able to accommodate late arrivals.
We recommend planning additional time into your journey to secure a car park and navigate through the centre.
If I am late and missed my session, can I still participate?
Unfortunately, if you missed your session there is no guarantee that we can fit you into another session as tickets are very limited. Please check www.emporiummelbourne.com.au/style-matters-2025 to see if there are available tickets for an alternative session.
